My Account and eBill Quick Reference Guide
We’ve updated our website to provide you with a better online experience. This section provides tips to help you find your way around the new site.
How To Log In
In the green area of the right side of the top of your screen, enter your user name, password and click the orange Login button to access My Account:
1. Click on the Login icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the search icon):

How To Log Out
My Account - Multiple Accounts
Once you are logged in, if you have more than one account number registered in My Account, you will see a screen to select an account before you can continue. This screen will show your account number, service address, account balance and due date for each registered account.
My Account - Summary
Account tab -provides a summary of information such as account balance and payment due date, as well as links related to the account number you have selected. Contact information displayed applies to all account numbers registered for My Account. You can also click the “PAY eBill” function to make a payment.

My Account - Billing
Billing tab - if you have enrolled in eBill, you can still view your online billing and payment information. In the Payment Tab, you can view your payment history, set up recurring payments, enter bank account or credit card information, or do anything payment-related for one or all of your registered accounts. If you are not enrolled in eBill, you will not see this information.
