Welcome to our online Rates and Tariffs information center.  We are pleased to be able to offer this service. Rates can be viewed, downloaded and printed from this site by following the instructions below.

This area has been updated to reflect new unbundled rates which became effective on November 1, 1998. In unbundling these rates, gas costs have been removed from distribution charges. The resulting rates are revenue neutral by rate class. Our rates have been unbundled to facilitate customer choice as the natural gas industry in Massachusetts moves toward deregulation.

Click on the links (right) to access summary rate tables for each rate category. Full details of a particular rate or tariff are contained in Adobe Acrobat "PDF" file format. In order to view or print these files, you must first download and install Adobe's free Acrobat Reader application by clicking on the "Get Acrobat Reader" button in the lower left hand corner of any of the summary rate pages. You will be taken to the Adobe download site which includes complete instructions for downloading and installing Acrobat Reader. Please follow all instructions carefully.

Once your Acrobat Reader installation is complete, return to our Rates and Tariffs page and simply click on the PDF icon for the rate class you wish to view or print. Once you have accessed a PDF file, you can save it to your hard drive by selecting save from your file menu.
