Continue3 PM UPDATE: Berkshire Gas crews have begun restoring service to 80 customers who experienced an outage this morning. To complete restoration, we will need access to each impacted customer’s meter and all gas-fired appliances. The company will complete initial contact to all impacted customers by 4 PM today to carry out restoration. To discuss options for allowing us access to your property to restore your service, please call our Customer Care line: 800.292.5012. The City of Pittsfield has also established a warming center for affected customers at the Ralph J. Froio Senior Center at 330 North Street. It will be open until all customers are restored.
