Leases:
Residential leases: We will let you know if there are any additional charges you might be responsible for. The Berkshire Gas Equipment Rental Program allots every customer $600 for labor and minor materials and the cost of the equipment and permits. You must pay any costs beyond our allowance to the contractor at the time of the installation. This includes removal and disposal of your own equipment, any and all updates to your property that have to be made to bring the property to the Massachusetts Plumbing Code, and any amount exceeding our allotted amount of $600.
Commercial leases: All commercial lease installations are fully paid for by the Berkshire Gas Equipment Rental Program, and lease prices are calculated per project.
Sign & date the five-year lease agreement either prior to the installation or on the day of the installation. The agreement goes into effect after the water heater has been installed. During your lease, if the water heater breaks, or if there are any other issues with the equipment, you must contact Berkshire Gas to request service. Repair services are at no additional cost to you.
The Berkshire Gas Equipment Rental Program offers reliable water heaters for residential and commercial customers.
