Direct Bill Payment Service and Automated Account Information

Berkshire Gas is pleased to offer convenient services for direct payment of your monthly bill and around the clock access to your account information.

• BG Direct is a bill payment service that automatically withdraws the amount of your monthly payment from your bank account.
• BG 24 allows customers to access their account balance and payment information around the clock by using their touch-tone phone.

Online services are being considered for future implementation. In considering its implementation, Berkshire Gas would have to invest in a substantial and costly firewall between its information systems and the Internet to assure adequate protection of our customer information. At such time that these investments are made, and online services become available, Berkshire Gas will notify customers of its availability.
