Safety First

Help us maintain the safety of the natural gas delivery network by inspecting your pipes regularly.  Be aware of the risks posed by carbon monoxide as well; take a look at our list of warning signs and consider installing a detector in your home.  If you suspect you may have a gas leak or carbon monoxide go outside and call Berkshire Gas at 1-800-292-5012.

Dos and Don'ts

If you suspect a gas leak get up, get out of the house and call Berkshire Gas.

State laws require anyone who digs to notify utility companies  before starting

Odor Added To Natural Gas

We’ve added a smell to natural gas, because natural gas has no odor.

Carbon Monoxide

If you suspect a carbon monoxide problem, go outside! Then, call 911 or your local fire department.
