Before completing an online request to start, stop or transfer service, please review Berkshire Gas Terms and Conditions and have the required information listed below on hand.

Account Security

To prevent identity theft, we require identification when you start service. You may provide your Social Security Number (SSN), or, if you prefer not to submit your SSN online, you must instead provide two valid forms of identification (such as a driver’s license, military ID, or passport) via mail. Failure to provide or validate these within 15 days will result in service disconnection.
